Tariq Khan Yousafzai is a Pakistani citizen. He was born in a landowning family of the Yousafzai tribe in Takht Bhai Tehsil of Mardan District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He received his early education in his village. Along with his education, he also received basic Islamic teachings. After graduation, he obtained master’s degrees in journalism, sociology and Urdu literature. After completing his education, he started working for the development and promotion of social service, journalism and Urdu literature. As a journalist, Tariq Khan Yousafzai worked as a reporter with several English, Urdu and Pashto newspapers, and also worked as a radio broadcaster on various radio channels. Writing articles is his favorite hobby. He has so far written more than 300 articles on various topics such as human rights, women’s rights, child protection, labor rights, domestic violence, gender inequality, social inequality, social justice, youth affairs, youth empowerment, women’s empowerment, economic self-sufficiency, poverty, He has written several articles on population, drugs, extremism, terrorism, education, environmental change, global warming, history, culture, sports and literary issues, which have been published in various domestic and foreign newspapers and magazines in Urdu, English and Pashto. As a broadcaster on radio channels, he has conducted more than 100 programs on human rights, women’s rights, child protection, labor rights, domestic violence, gender inequality, social inequality, social justice, youth affairs, youth empowerment, women’s empowerment, economic self-sufficiency, poverty, population, drugs, extremism, terrorism, education, environmental change, global warming, history, culture, sports and literary issues. He has raised his voice at every forum for the welfare of disabled people and for giving them a legitimate place in society.
In addition, he has conducted more than 30 interviews with prominent political and social figures and educationists from different countries. He has participated as a motivational speaker in the field of political and social awareness. He has also participated in many seminars on the subject of environment and global warming, and actively participates in tree plantations during the tree planting season. He has participated in many activities to spread education and increase the literacy rate, and has worked hard especially for the education of women. Along with this, he has also been participating in political activities, and also participates in sports and literary events in his free time. He also participates in social work and has fully helped people affected by the Corona epidemic and the floods that came last year. Traveling to historical and health-promoting places is also his best hobby. He has visited tourist and historical places located in all the provinces of Pakistan.
